Students are gaining a reliance on technology and leading the transformation of our world. Technology is forcing teachers and administrators to rethink their approaches toward traditional teaching and learning. Over the last 5 years the Prince George’s County Public School System Title I Office has implemented a number of large scale digital learning initiatives. While some school districts are starting one-to-one initiatives, we have moved into the next stage of technology implementation and have learned many lessons along the way. This presentation is designed to provide examples of digital tools to enhance differentiated instruction, whether a school is rich or limited in technology. Educators will be introduced to a four-step framework that will highlight techniques and strategies to be used to prescribe individualized learning.
