We ask teachers to differentiate for students, but how do we differentiate for teachers? Professional development differentiation in Oak Ridge takes place in three parts: differentiated teacher in-service days, differentiated professional development on early release Wednesdays, and in-school, in-classroom coaching. Explore how differentiated professional development leads to empowerment, personalized improvement, and engagement with certificated staff, administrators, and support staff.
