Part III of the FRAC (Food Action Research Council)  three part series will explore alternative data sources to replace free and reduced-price school meal applications, and how states and districts are operating effectively without this data for community eligibility schools. Speakers will discuss how districts with community eligibility schools can make Title I disbursement and accountability systems work, and address the recently released guidance from the U.S. Department of Education, The Community Eligibility Provision and Selected Requirements Under Title I.
