What are the National Title I Conference member policies?

All current Association Members - both Active and Associate - are eligible for the following special registration policies, not available to other attendees.

Payment Policy

  • Association Members may reserve and hold both meeting registration and hotel reservation without payment through February 1, 2018 (standard registrants may hold registration and hotel for 30 days or until January 1, 2018, whichever comes first.) All meeting fees, including hotel reservations, must be paid in full by February 1.

  • Any registration or hotel reservation remaining unpaid on February 1 will expire and cancel automatically.

  • Per the Association Event Policy, no refunds are available after February 1 for any reason (including family emergencies or delayed flights.)

  • All payments by credit card are made online directly from your user account Dashboard. Credit cards entered for payment are charged immediately and are itemized on your credit card statement as "Titlei.org"

  • If you selected "pay later" and will pay by check, download and follow the official Check Payment Instructions and W-9 form. Only checks received by completing these instructions will be accepted.

Hotel R
eservations Policy

  • Hotel rooms are paid in full, in advance of the Conference and are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis.

  • Blocks of rooms at two Conference hotels are held out of general inventory and may be reserved exclusively by Association Members until December 15, 2017. All rooms available are shown in real time on the website during the booking process.

  • All reservations must be made in conjunction with one’s user account to obtain the special negotiated group rate. Hotels will not accept reservations directly, and reservations made independently cannot be converted to group rate rooms at a later date.

Cancellation, Refund & Substitution Policies

  • Standard cancellation policy does not apply; members may cancel for a full refund (less a $75 cancellation fee) through February 1. All cancellations must be made in writing by submitting this Association Member Cancellation form.

  • Changes to hotel reservations may be requested by submitting this Hotel Reservation Adjustment form.

  • All unpaid registrations and/or hotel reservations will automatically expire on February 1st.

  • If you are unable to attend, another current National Title I Association member may attend in your place and all registration and hotel items will be transferred to this individual at no cost. Substitutions must be made in writing using this official Association Member Substitution form.
