How do I manage my USER account?

To review or make changes to your user account, follow these steps:

1. Go to the Account section of the Overview page and select the Manage button. To change or correct account information, select the Change button and edit your profile.
2. Select the green Save button at the bottom of the form.

Under Account Manager, you can provide details about your assistant or anyone else that you wish to be copied on all communication about your account.  Follow these steps:

1. Select the grey Change button
2. Enter first and last name, phone and email address of the person you want to manage your account.
3. Select the green Save button at the bottom of the form.

To change your Password, follow these steps:

1. Select the Change Password button under Security and Privacy.
2. Enter your old password, enter your new password, and confirm your new password.
3. Select the green Save button at the bottom of the form.

[NOTE: If you do not wish to receive news and updates about Title I issues and activities, you may opt out of emails by selecting the No checkbox next to Email Opt in. You will still receive emails related to any purchases you make.]
